Dear all attendees of Writing 1,
To test your skill in writing paragraphs after attending Writing 1 during this term, please choose two out of the following topics and write a paragraph on each of them.
- How to write an effective paragraph (descriptive)
- Why I like (dislike) politicians (argumentative)
- The TV Program I Like Most vs. the One I Dislike Most (Contrastive)
- Tips to Motivate Children to Love Reading (Descriptive)
Write each paragraph in about 100 words using Times New Roman 12″ and print them out in quarto paper. The work should be submitted on Saturday, May 21, 2011.
